Since my heart attack last month, I have had to start taking over 10 pills per day. This has been a huge adjustment for me because before this, the only pills I ever took were a couple of Tylenol, here or there. As a result of this change in routine, I am finding that I often forget to take my meds. I don’t really use a smartphone or computer tablet regularly, so I am wondering if you can list some other types of devices that may help me to remember to take my pills.
