My doctor advised me not to sleep on my right shoulder due to shoulder pain. Unfortunately, I roll onto my right shoulder naturally in my sleep, but in the morning, I wake up with even worse shoulder pain. Is there a pillow to prevent me from rolling onto my bad shoulder or keep me on my back?
