I am an older lady who has always needed to get up at least once in the night to urinate. But I am less steady and mobile these days, so when I do get up at night, getting to and from the bathroom is difficult and my sleep is greatly disrupted. I feel rather embarrassed to ask my local drugstore whether there is a special bottle that I could use that would enable me to remain in bed. Any suggestions?
