Stander Automobility Solution (at Seniors Store) includes a soft swiveling seat cushion that lets a person pivot their legs around and a bar that attaches easily into the door latch for extra help in pulling oneself up. This device costs about $70 (CDN), plus a shipping fee.- HandyBar by Stander (at Walmart Canada) slips onto any door latch and can be purchased separately. This device costs about $35 (CDN).
