What device(s) can help me stay asleep at night?

I keep waking up in the middle of the night and each time I do, I have a lot of trouble getting back to sleep. I am not sure what is causing this, but each time it happens, I become so tired the next day that I can barely focus. Do you know of any devices that will stop me from waking up in the middle of the night?

Our answer

Getting a good night’s sleep is very important for a person’s health and wellbeing. If you find that you are experiencing a disrupted sleep more than two or three times a week, we encourage you to see a health care professional who can determine whether you have a more serious sleep disorder that requires medical treatment.
