Providing consistent, quality care can become challenging when several people are involved.
CaringBridge (at caringbridge.org) is a software application that connects multiple family caregivers by tracking appointments, monitoring changes in health, and providing motivational messages. To record and access information, you can use a computer, by going to the CaringBridge website, or a smartphone, by using the CaringBridge app. This app, which can only be downloaded for Apple devices, is free.
