There are many technologies in the marketplace for individuals with vision loss. The Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB) actually has a catalogue of devices that includes several tools for seeing the keyboard more easily. Below direct links to examples of such products:

This device features 41-point typeface on the keys, as well as 12 “hot-keys” for easy access to email and other functions. The price of the Large Print Keyboard ranges from about $30 to $50 (CDN), plus a shipping fee. Similar large-print keyboards can also be bought at other online retailers, including Staples Canada and amazon.ca.
- Large Print Keyboard Labels by Reizen inc. (at CNIB Smart Life) stick directly onto your existing keyboard like stickers. These labels typically cost about $25 to $50 (CDN), plus a shipping fee.
- Large Print Braille Keyboard Labels by Reizen Inc. (at CNIB Smart LIfe) include braille and are also available from other online retailers, including amazon.ca. The large-print braille labels are typically cost about $45 to $80 (CDN), plus a shipping fee.
