What device will notify my mother, who has difficulty hearing, if someone is at the door?

Question

My mother, who lives at home alone, has recently been having a hard time hearing the doorbell. In fact, this week she missed both her prescription and grocery drop-off because she could not hear the doorbell or the knock on the door. Is there a special device that can alert people who are hearing impaired when someone is at the door?
