Bluetooth is a communication standard that uses radio waves to transfer information from one device to another. Wireless hearing aids, which also use radio waves, can use Bluetooth to “pair” or link the hearing aid to other devices. A hearing aid that has Bluetooth connectivity can help you stay connected to phones, TVs, tablets and other devices.
When the hearing aid is “paired” or linked with one or more devices, audio from the device can go directly to your hearing aid, and you can also use your device to view the battery life of the hearing aid and control volume levels.
